BlueCollarConnection.com was designed by the Blue Collar Industry and just for the Blue Collar Workers. Instead of just having your resume the only way an employer can see what you are capable of doing, we wanted to make a job board that allowed job seekers to post all the skills they feel that could help a company.

Employers can search not only trades but can search specific skills under each trade such as: wood framing carpenters, residential trim carpenters, commercial/residential electricians, cnc machinists, shipping & receiving clerks, forklift operators, diesel mechanics, industrial painters, tig/mig welders, and general laborers.

Job Seekers can post all the skills that they have experience in. They can search jobs in specific industries and locations. The information posted by job seekers on this website is what employers in the blue collar industry want to know about an employee.
